As some of you know, I'm in an Acupressure certification program through the Eastern Holistic Institute in Sebastopol. The program I'm in will be starting up again in September, at which time I'll be repeating it. There are a limited number of slots, I think 10-15 and they fill up fast. I really can't overstate how powerful some of the practices are. One night, for instance, we worked on the central and governing meridians and I slept for almost 48 hours straight waking a few times to eat and go to the bathroom. Apparently this indicated I was more exhausted than I had known and my energy levels were only being maintained by borrowing from the future.
Anyways, it's really fantastic stuff both for your own personal health and in terms of leanring a skillset that pretty much guarantees you will be extremely useful to those around you no matter what the future holds.
